      在“碳达峰”“碳中和”目标驱动下,传统炭黑生产过程中的高碳排放问题亟待解决。介绍等离子体裂解天然气制备炭黑,生物质热解制备炭黑,碳捕集、利用与封存(CCUS)耦合传统炭黑工艺等以绿色能源为主的零碳排放炭黑制备新技术的原理、进展、优势与局限性,建议通过“技术攻关+商业模式创新+政策扶持”三维驱动,助力我国炭黑工业转型升级和“双碳”目标的实现。
英文摘要:
      Driven by the goals of “carbon peak” and “carbon neutrality”,the problem of high carbon emissions in traditional carbon black production processes urgently needs to be solved.In this papaer,the technical principles,progress,advantage,and limitations of new preparation technologies of carbon black with zero carbon emission based on green energy such as plasma pyrolysis of natural gas to produce carbon black,biomass pyrolysis to produce carbon black,carbon capture,utilization and storage(CCUS) coupled with traditional carbon black processes were introduced.It was recommended to use the three-dimensional drive of “technological breakthroughs+business model innovation+policy support” to assist China’s carbon black industry in transformation and upgrading,and achieve the “dual carbon” goal.
