| 研究一次法成型工程机械子午线轮胎胎体反包帘线弯曲缺陷的原因，并提出解决措施。结果表明：胎体反包帘线弯曲可能发生在轮胎的成型工序或硫化工序；成型工序中导致胎体反包帘线弯曲的主要因素有胎圈包布、扣圈过程和反包过程；硫化工序中导致胎体反包帘线弯曲的主要因素为合模过程。 |

| The reasons for the carcass turn-up cord bending of off-the-road radial tire using one-step building process were studied and the solutions were proposed.The results indicated that the carcass turn-up cord bending defect might occur during the building and vulcanization processes of tire.The main factors causing carcass turn-up cord bending in the building process included bead wrapping，loop fastening process and reverse wrapping process.The main factor causing carcass turn-up cord bending in the vulcanization process was the molding process. |
