| The design and application of a multi-functional shaping drum operating platform of giant off-the-road radial tire building machine were introduced.The new type shaping drum operating platform mainly consisted of a mobile platform，guide rail pads，wheel sets，adjusting screws，mounting seats，cylinders，transmission shafts，guide shafts，gears，racks，motors，sprocket sets，and guardrails.This platform could effectively solve the safety hazards of traditional operation methods through unique structure design，improve the convenience and efficiency of operation，and provide reliable guarantee for the production of giant off-the-road radial tires. |
