| 研究不同类型硅烷偶联剂对新能源汽车轮胎胎面胶性能的影响。结果表明:与传统多硫硅烷偶联剂Si75相比,屏蔽型巯基硅烷偶联剂Si747虽可降低硅烷化反应中挥发性有机化合物的排放量,显著提高白炭黑的分散性,降低胶料的滚动阻力,但胶料焦烧时间短,门尼粘度高;通过Si747与促进剂TBzTD和促进剂TBBS配合使用可改善胶料焦烧时间短和交联密度小的问题;封端型巯基硅烷偶联剂Si777不仅能提升胶料的加工性能,而且可改善白炭黑的分散性,提升胶料的动态力学性能,综合性能最佳。 |

| The effects of different types of silane coupling agents on the properties of tread compound of new energy vehicle tires were studied.The results showed that compared with the traditional polysulfide silane coupling agent Si75,the shielding mercapto silane coupling agent Si747 could reduce the emission of volatile organic compounds in the silanization reaction,significantly improve the dispersibility of sillica,and reduce the rolling resistance of the compound.However,the compound had short scorch time and high Mooney viscosity.The problems of short scorch time and low crosslinking degree of the compound could be improved by using Si747 in combination with accelerator TBzTD and TBBS.The end capped mercapto silane coupling agent Si777 could not only improve the processability of the compound,but also improve the dispersibility of sillica,enhance the dynamic mechanical properties of the compound,and achieve the best comprehensive properties. |
