| 提出一种橡胶轨枕垫动静刚度比的简易测试方法。相对于标准测试方法，简易测试方法使用相同配方的胶料和相似的制备工艺制得小型轨枕垫样品，然后通过设置合理的测试载荷区间，使得两种测试方法下全尺寸轨枕垫和小型轨枕垫具有类似的应力应变特性，从而获得较为可靠、准确的测试结果。本方法对测试设备要求低，具有便捷、快速和实用的优点，能够为橡胶轨枕垫的研发及生产提供良好的指导。 |

| A simple testing method for the dynamic and static stiffness ratio of rubber cushion for rail was proposed.Compared to the standard testing method，the simple testing method used the same formulation of rubber compound and similar preparation process to obtain small size cushion for rail.Then，by setting a reasonable testing load range，the full-size cushion for rail and small-size cushion for rail had similar stress-strain characteristics under both testing methods，thereby obtaining more reliable and accurate test results.This method had low requirements for testing equipment and had the advantages of convenience，speed and practicality，which could provide good guidance for the research and production of rubber cushion for rail. |
