| The characteristics，process parameters，main structure and functions of the 170 type hydraulic off-the-road（OTR） tire cruing press were introduced.The 170 type hydraulic OTR tire cruing press were mainly composed of host machine，central mechanism，flexible mold control mechanism，mobile frame，tire loading and unloading mechanism，thermal power pipeline，hydraulic system，control system，and safety protection device，which achieved fully automated operation，high production efficiency，and was designed with emphasis on safety.The performance of the OTR tires produced by the cruing press was significantly improved. |
