| 简要介绍C型液压硫化机的主要结构、工艺参数、动作原理和主要特点等。C型液压硫化机主机采用圆形立柱式结构，结构相对简单，左右模可单独硫化操作，性价比较高，实现机械化、自动化，可提高轮胎质量，降低能源消耗。自主研发的机械手爪盘升降采用滑块线性导轨方式替代以往的立柱铜套式。滑块线性导轨运行平稳、耐磨性能好、使用寿命长，且通过调节调整杆与销钉座的固定位置，实现了不同规格轮胎的抓取，解决了以往单套机械手抓取轮胎规格尺寸范围小的难题。 |

| The main structure，process parameters，operating principles，and main features of the C-type hydraulic curing press are briefly introduced.The main body of the C-type hydraulic curing press adopts a circular column structure，which is relatively simple in structure.The left and right molds can be operated during vulcanization separately，and the cost-effectiveness is high.It realizes mechanization and automation，which can improve tire quality and reduce energy consumption.The independently developed mechanical hand claw plate lifting adopts a slider linear guide rail method instead of the previous column copper sleeve type.The linear guide rail of the slider runs smoothly，has good wear resistance and a long service life.By adjusting the fixed position of the adjustment rod and the pin seat，it can grasp tires of different specifications，solving the problem of a single set of mechanical hand grasping tires with a small size range in the past. |
