| 针对飞机油路管道固定卡箍的橡胶垫片在安装使用后的破裂现象，通过对故障卡箍橡胶垫片进行裂纹断口宏观检查、断口形貌分析、硬度检测、能谱和红外光谱测试，分析卡箍橡胶垫片破裂原因。结果表明：故障卡箍橡胶垫片内侧表面开裂是由疲劳断裂引起的；故障卡箍橡胶垫片的硬度不满足要求是导致其疲劳断裂的主要原因，建议从卡带加工、橡胶垫片性能控制、卡箍结构设计及卡箍安装等方面严格控制卡箍质量。 |
| 英文摘要: |
| The rubber gasket on the fixed clap of oil pipeline is broken after installation and use. Through the macroscopic inspection, facture analysis, shore A hardness, energy spectrum and infrared spectrum test of the crack facture of clamp rubber gasket, the properties and reasons of the crack of rubber gasket are comprehensively analyzed. The results show that the fault is caused by the fatigue fracture of rubber on the inner surface. The main reason of the fatigue fracture is that the hardness of fault clamp rubber gasket does not meet the requirements and its performance does not meet the requirements. Several suggestions for preventing gasket crack failure were then provided． |
