通过自编的半自动化建模程序建立轮胎有限元模型,利用Abaqus软件进行仿真,研究花纹节距和横沟类型对轮胎接地印痕的影响。结果表明,花纹节距减小会使接地长度和接地宽度增大,静负荷半径减小,最大接地压力显著增大;花纹横沟类型对接地长度、接地宽度及静负荷半径影响较小,对最大接地压力有显著影响,这些变化规律可为轮胎花纹设计提供参考。 |

Tire finite element models were established through self-designed semi-automatic modeling program and Abaqus software was used for simulation to study the influence of pattern pitch and lateral groove type on the footprint of tire.The results showed that reducing pattern pitch,the length and width of footprint increased,the static load radius decreased,and the max contact pressure was significantly increased.The lateral groove type had little effect on the length,width and static load radius of the footprint,but had significant effect on the max contact pressure.These rules could provide reference for tire pattern design. |
