| 采用高效液相色谱法测定硫化胶中的4，4′-二氨基-3，3′-二氯二苯甲烷（MOCA）含量。采用丙酮作为萃取溶剂，在60 ℃下超声萃取60 min，提取硫化胶中MOCA的效果最佳。MOCA质量浓度在2.0～20.0 mg·L-1内与峰面积的线性关系良好，相关因数为0.999；平均加标回收率为95%～110%，相对标准偏差小于0.51%。该方法测定结果准确、重现性好。 |

| High performance liquid chromatography was used to determine the content of 4，4′- diamino-3，3′-dichlorodiphenylmethane（MOCA） in vulcanizate.Acetone was used as the extraction solvent，and ultrasonic extraction was carried out at 60 ℃ for 60 min，the extract effect of MOCA in vulcanizate was the best.When the mass concentration of MOCA was within the range of 2.0～20.0 mg·L-1，there was a good linear relationship with the peak area，with a correlation coefficient of 0.999.The average recovery rates were 95%～110%，with a relative standard deviation of less than 0.51%.This method provided accurate and reproducible results. |
