研究硫化后充气时间和压力对轮胎性能的影响。结果表明,延长后充气时间和增大后充气压力会提升初始状态轮胎的外直径和断面宽。后充气时间和压力在不同范围内对轮胎静态接地印痕参数和径向刚度的影响规律不同。从无后充气到有后充气,滚动阻力系数减小;继续延长后充气时间和增大压力,滚动阻力系数不会继续减小。从无后充气到有后充气,侧偏刚度增大,回正刚度减小;随着后充气压力增大,侧偏刚度和回正刚度均增大;后充气时间对侧偏刚度和回正刚度的影响在不同后充气压力下呈现不同的规律。 |

The effects of post-cure inflation time and pressure on tire performance were studied.The results showed that increasing post-cure inflation time and pressure could increase the initial outer diameter and section width of tire.The effects of post-cure inflation time and pressure in different ranges on static footprint parameters and radial stiffness were different.The rolling resistance coefficient decreased from no post-cure inflation to post-cure inflation,while it could not continue to decrease if the post-cure inflation time and pressure continued to increase.From no post-cure inflation to post-cure inflation,the cornering stiffness increased and the aligning stiffness decreased.With the increase of post-cure inflation pressure,the cornering stiffness and aligning stiffness both increased.The influence of post-cure inflation time on cornering stiffness and aligning stiffness showed different laws under different post-cure inflation pressures. |
