      在目前的石墨烯/橡胶复合材料的研究和应用中,关于石墨烯横向尺寸对橡胶增强效果的影响鲜见提及。本工作利用炭黑杂化不同片径的石墨烯实现其均匀分散,并探讨石墨烯片径对炭黑-石墨烯/天然橡胶复合材料力学性能、压缩疲劳生热性能和耐磨性能的影响。结果表明:当用1份石墨烯替代5份炭黑时,小片径石墨烯更有利于提高复合材料的拉伸强度和耐磨性能,而大片径石墨烯则有利于改善复合材料的抗撕裂性能,降低压缩生热。
英文摘要:
      In the current research and application of graphene/rubber composite materials,the influence of the lateral size of graphene on the reinforcement effect of rubber was rarely mentioned.In this paper,the different-sized graphene sheets were hybridized by carbon black to achieve uniform dispersion,and the influence of the sheet size of graphene on mechanical properties,compression heat build-up and wear resistance of carbon black-graphene/natural rubber nanocomposites was discussed.The results indicated that the small-diameter graphene was more beneficial to improving the tensile strength and wear resistance of the composite,while the large-diameter graphene was beneficial to improving the tear resistance and reducing the compression heat build-up of the composite by using 1 phr graphene to replace 5 phr carbon black.
