在双组分液体硅橡胶中添加不同抗菌剂,进行高温硫化,研究抗菌剂在硅橡胶中的分散性和稳定性。结果表明,液体硅橡胶适合使用无机银抗菌剂和无机银锌抗菌剂;无机类抗菌剂剂粒径越小,在硅橡胶中分散越均匀;在潮湿环境下,无机银抗菌剂和无机银锌抗菌剂在硅橡胶中的稳定性很好;随着无机类抗菌剂用量的增大,硅橡胶的透明度下降;添加少量无机银抗菌剂和无机银锌抗菌剂对硅橡胶的物理性能有一定影响;无机银抗菌剂和无机银锌抗菌剂的广谱抗菌性能良好。 |

Different antimicrobial agents were added to two-component liquid silicone rubber, and subjected to high-temperature vulcanized to study the dispersibility and stability of the antimicrobial agents in silicone rubber.The results showed that inorganic silver antimicrobial agents and inorganic silver-zinc antimicrobial agents were suitable for liquid silicone rubber.the smaller the particle size of inorganic antimicrobial agents,the more uniform their dispersion in silicone rubber.Both inorganic silver antimicrobial agents and inorganic silver-zinc antimicrobial agents had good stability in silicone rubber under humid conditions.With the increase of the dosage of inorganic antimicrobial agents,the transparency of silicone rubber decreased.The addition of a small amount of inorganic silver antimicrobial agents and inorganic silver-zinc antimicrobial agents had certain effects on the physical properties of silicone rubber.Inorganic silver antimicrobial agents and inorganic silver-zinc antimicrobial agents had good broad-spectrum antibacterial properties. |
