缺气保用轮胎相较其他轮胎拥有较为厚重的支撑胶,径向力波动对轮胎性能的影响更为突出。以225/45ZRF17半钢子午线轮胎为例,在现有的设备精度、轮胎尺寸设计以及部件生产水平条件下,通过监测轮胎在负荷轮顺时针行驶一圈后的径向力按角度展开的波形图,调整支撑胶接头搭接方式,以降低轮胎径向力波动,提高车辆乘坐舒适性。 |

Run flat tire have thicker support rubber,and the impact of radial force variation on tire performance is more prominent. Taking the 225/45ZRF17 steel-belted radial tire as an example,under the existing equipment accuracy,tire size design,and component production level conditions,by monitoring the waveform of the radial force of the tire after one round of clockwise travel on the load wheel,adjusting the overlap method of the support rubber joint,the radial force variation of the tire could be reduced and the ride comfort of the vehicle could be improved. |
