| 分析全钢载重子午线轮胎钢丝帘布压延病象的原因并提出相应的改善措施。钢丝帘布压延病象的产生原因主要有钢丝帘布张力不均匀、翘头、稀线、帘线弯曲、修边不稳等。通过严格控制钢丝帘线质量，确保胶料混炼均匀，规范钢丝帘线导开、拉线和排线等操作手法，合理设定压延张力、轴交叉预弯曲值、辊距和胶片厚度等工艺参数，定期进行压延机精度校验，采取电磁控制尾丝张力等措施，可以提高钢丝帘布压延质量，进而保证轮胎的质量和性能。 |

| Causes and countermeasures of steel cord fabric calendering defects in all-steel truck and bus radial tire were introduced.The main causes of steel cord fabric calendering defects were uneven tension，warping，thinning，bending，and unstable trimming of the steel cord fabric.By strictly controlling the quality of steel cord，ensuring uniform mixing of compounds，standardizing the operation methods of steel cord opening，pulling and arranging，reasonably setting process parameters such as calendering tension，axial cross pre-bending value，roller spacing and rubber strip thickness，regularly verifying the accuracy of the calendering machine，and adopting measures such as electromagnetic control of tail cord tension，the calendering quality of steel cord fabric could be improved，thereby ensuring the quality and performance of the tire. |
