The recovery process of waste solvents in the production of antioxidant 4020 by nitrobenzene method was studied. The results indicated that by controlling the process parameters of the solvents recovery device and material direction，othrough the three tower continuous distillation in the solvent recovery divice，the valuable components in the waste solvent could be separated and recycled，reducing costs and achieving clean production.
