| 结合大数据分析、自动化输送系统以及轮胎工艺内在质量优化方式，研发对轮胎硫化自动定点、提升轮胎动态均匀性的高效系统。该系统主要基于轮胎动态均匀性优化，对各部件接头分布以及胎坯硫化进入模具的角度和位置进行调整，达到轮胎质量分布均匀的目的，从而使轮胎获得较好的动态均匀性，在使用过程中能够体现出良好的驾乘舒适度。开发的流程程序可以做到基于数据分析下的轮胎硫化自动定点功能，不断更新和完善角度，即在达到定点功能的触发条件后，胎坯自动输送系统按照程序预定的角度方案将胎坯送至指定硫化机台，硫化后的轮胎进行检测，反馈的检测数据在制造执行系统（MES）大数据分析系统中进行合格率、平均值、标准差等的初步处理，根据设定的优选条件方案自动选出最优角度并进行调整。 |

| By combining big data analysis，automated conveying systems and internal quality optimization methods of tire processes，an efficient system for automatic fixed point for tire vulcanization and improving tire dynamic uniformity was developed.This system was mainly based on the optimization of tire dynamic uniformity，adjusting the distribution of various component joints and the angle and position of green tire vulcanization entering the mold to achieve uniform tire mass distribution，thereby achieving better dynamic uniformity of the tire and reflecting good driving comfort during usage.The developed process program could achieve the automatic fixed point function of tire vulcanization based on data analysis，constantly updating and improving the angle.That was，after reaching the triggering conditions of the fixed point，the green tire automatic conveying system would send the green tire to the designated vulcanization press according to the predetermined angle scheme in the program.The vulcanized tire would undergo detection feedback and detection data in the manufacturing execution system（MES） big data analysis system for preliminary processing of qualification rate，average value，standard deviation and other datas.Based on the set optimal condition scheme，the system would automatically select the optimal angle and make adjustments. |
