The causes of sidewall bubbles in all-steel truck and bus radial tire were nalyzed，and corresponding solutions were proposed.By controlling the thickness of the appex edge，and optimizing the sidewall shape，the anti-slip layer width and inflation time of building capsule，the defect rate of sidewall bubbles was effectively reduced，which could improve the tire quality，and reduce the production cost.
