      忽略胎面花纹对轮胎刚度的影响,利用Rebar单元模型模拟帘线-橡胶复合材料,建立轮胎三维有限元模型,利用Abaqus软件对半钢子午线轮胎五刚特性进行仿真分析。结果表明,扭转刚度、径向刚度、横向刚度、纵向刚度、包覆刚度的试验结果与仿真结果基本一致,证明了有限元仿真方法的有效性。
英文摘要:
      Taking 235/60R18 semi-steel radial tire as an example,the influence of tread pattern on tire stiffness is ignored.Using ABAQUS software to simulate its five stiffness characteristics,the results showed that the experimental results of torsional stiffness,radial stiffness,lateral stiffness,longitudinal stiffness and wrapping stiffness were basically consistent with the simulation results,indicating the effectiveness and reliability of the finite element simulation method.
