选取4个规格轮胎,采用单变量结构的方式,研究锦纶、聚酯和混纺材料冠带条对轮胎性能的影响。结果表明:混纺冠带条轮胎的高速性能最佳,聚酯冠带条轮胎的低气压耐久性能最佳;冠带条材料主要对轮胎的侧向力和回正力矩产生影响,对纵向力影响较小;与锦纶冠带条相比,混纺冠带条可以明显提高轮胎的侧偏刚度,降低回正刚度,聚酯冠带条可以明显降低轮胎的回正刚度;参考轮胎性能评价函数,混纺冠带条可以提高轮胎的响应性和操控稳定性;仅考虑轮胎过坎后冲击力的变化,混纺冠带条和锦纶冠带条轮胎对车辆的乘坐舒适性影响较小。 |

Four specifications of tires were selected and the effect of nylon,polyester and blended material crown strips on tire performance was studied by means of univariate structure.The results showed that the high-speed performance of the blended material crown strip tire was the best,and the low air pressure durability of the polyester crown strip tire was the best.The material of crown strip mainly affected the lateral force and aligning torque of tire,and had little effect on the longitudinal force.Compared with nylon crown strips,the blended material crown strips could significantly improve the cornering stiffness and reduce the aligning stiffness of tire,while the polyester crown strips could significantly reduce the tire aligning stiffness.Referring to the tire performance evaluation function,the blended material crown strips could improve the responsiveness and handling stability of tire.Only considering the change of the impact force after the tire passed the ridge,the blended material crown strips and nylon crown strips tires had little effect on the riding comfort of the vehicle. |
