| 选择密封常用的丁腈橡胶材料，以O形圈静密封结构为例，采用压缩永久变形法在空气和液压油中进行材料性能退化试验，得到性能退化模型，并计算密封结构在不同环境中的寿命。结果表明，采用压缩永久变形法进行O形圈静密封结构寿命预测可节约大量时间和工作成本，寿命预测准确性较高。 |

| Selecting usual nitrile rubber（NBR） material for sealing，taking O-ring static sealing structure as an example，the material performance degradation test was carried out in air and hydraulic oil by compression permanent deformation method to get the performance degradation model，and the life of the sealing structure in different environments was calculated.The results showed that using compression permanent deformation method to predict the life of O-ring static seal structure could save a lot of time and work cost，and the accuracy of life prediction was high. |
