| The mold opening mode of the translational dual-mold curing press was optimized.The automatic mold opening mode or manual mold opening mode of the translation dual-mold curing press was optimized to semi-automatic and semi-manual mold opening mode，and a reasonable mold opening suspension height was set，which could effectively avoid the risk of pulling central mechanism，damaging tire appearance and tire over cure.To a certain extent，the optimization scheme reduced the workload of operators，shortened the tire production cycle and improved the production efficiency. |
