| 研究防老剂6PPD用量对子午线轮胎钢丝粘合胶性能的影响。结果表明：随着防老剂6PPD用量的增大，子午线轮胎钢丝粘合胶的硫化速率呈增大趋势，抗硫化返原性能呈稍微下降趋势；老后前后钢丝帘线抽出力均呈提高趋势；防老剂6PPD用量为2.5份时，老化后钢丝粘合胶各项性能的变化率最小，耐老化性能最好；防老剂6PPD用量对钢丝粘合胶的动态力学性能有一定影响，防老剂6PPD用量为2.5份时，钢丝粘合胶的损耗因子最小。 |

| The effect of the amount of antioxidant 6PPD on properties of steel-bonded compound in radial tire was studied.The results showed that，with the increase of the amount of antioxidant 6PPD，the curing rate of steel-bonded compound in radial tire increased，and the anti-reversion property of vulcanization decreased slightly；the pull out force of steel cord before and after aging increased.When the amount of antioxidant 6PPD was 2.5 phr，the change rate of various properties of steel-bonded compound after aging was the smallest，and the aging resistance was improved significantly.The amount of antioxidant 6PPD had a certain influence on the dynamic mechanical poperties of steel-bonded compound.When the amount of antioxidant 6PPD was 2.5 phr，the loss factor of steel-bonded compound was the minimum. |
