研究防老剂6PPD用量对子午线轮胎钢丝粘合胶性能的影响。结果表明:随着防老剂6PPD用量的增大,子午线轮胎钢丝粘合胶的硫化速率呈增大趋势,抗硫化返原性能呈稍微下降趋势;老后前后钢丝帘线抽出力均呈提高趋势;防老剂6PPD用量为2.5份时,老化后钢丝粘合胶各项性能的变化率最小,耐老化性能最好;防老剂6PPD用量对钢丝粘合胶的动态力学性能有一定影响,防老剂6PPD用量为2.5份时,钢丝粘合胶的损耗因子最小。 |

The effect of the amount of antioxidant 6PPD on properties of steel-bonded compound in radial tire was studied.The results showed that,with the increase of the amount of antioxidant 6PPD,the curing rate of steel-bonded compound in radial tire increased,and the anti-reversion property of vulcanization decreased slightly;the pull out force of steel cord before and after aging increased.When the amount of antioxidant 6PPD was 2.5 phr,the change rate of various properties of steel-bonded compound after aging was the smallest,and the aging resistance was improved significantly.The amount of antioxidant 6PPD had a certain influence on the dynamic mechanical poperties of steel-bonded compound.When the amount of antioxidant 6PPD was 2.5 phr,the loss factor of steel-bonded compound was the minimum. |
