The basic structure，function module design and intelligent advantages of intelligent tire material distribution design software were introduced.With database management，parametric design and expert system technology as main tools，intelligent tire material distribution design software was developed，and combined with construction design and finite element simulation analysis，closed-loop design of tire structure was formed to improve design efficiency and accuracy.
