      研究生物基纳米颗粒SL6096在工程机械轮胎胎面胶中的应用。结果表明,以5份生物基纳米颗粒SL6096等量替代抗撕裂树脂A可以赋予胶料更好的加工性能,提高胶料的物理性能,降低胶料生热,显著提高老化后胶料的撕裂强度,这对于工程机械轮胎胎面胶具有重要意义。
英文摘要:
      The application of bio-based nanoparticle SL6096 in the tread compound of OTR tire was investigated. The results showed that the replacement of 5 phr anti-tear resin A with same amount of SL6096 could improve the processing property and physical properties of the compound,reduce the heat build-up and increase the tear strength of the compound after aging,which was of great significance for the development of tread compound of OTR tire.
