      针对12.00R20全钢载重子午线轮胎使用中出现的胎圈损坏问题,测试胎圈破坏初始点——胎体反包端点粘合胶的等效硫化时间。通过采用低温硫化工艺(145℃),将胎体反包端点粘合胶的最高硫化温度控制在141℃,胎圈损坏的轮胎退赔率下降50%以上。
英文摘要:
      The bead damage of 12.00R20 TBR tire was analyzed. The initial break spot was at the end point of carcass turnup, and the equivalent curing time of the bonding compound in that area was investigated. It was found that, by using low temperature (145℃) curing process, in which the curing temperature of the bonding compound at the end point of carcass turnup was controlled under 141℃, the bead damage was reduced and the tire return rate due to bead damage decreased by more than 50%.
