| The edge wrapping and fitting devices are used in steel cord fabric cutting machines to apply edge wrapping and rubber strip fitting to the carcass or belt fabric，in order to improve the overall quality of radial tires.The edge wrapping and fitting device mainly includes the components such as the centering mechanism，conveying mechanism，rubber strip letting off and guiding mechanism，rubber strip fitting mechanism，pad stripping mechanism，pad collection mechanism，and edge wrapping mechanism.Its future development direction is to improve automaticity，accuracy，usability，and add data detection and analysis functions. |
