      研究长效防护蜡HG72与生胶体系对全钢载重子午线轮胎胎侧胶性能的影响。结果表明:长效防护蜡HG72形成的蜡膜色谱峰呈双峰分布,且异构烷烃质量分数较大,不易喷霜;与B型微晶蜡相比,长效防护蜡HG72具有优异的耐臭氧老化性能;天然橡胶(NR)/顺丁橡胶(BR)并用比对胶料耐臭氧老化性能影响不大;NR/BR并用比为50/50和45/55的胶料耐热老化和耐屈挠疲劳性能较好。
英文摘要:
      The effects of long-term protective wax HG72 and raw rubber on the sidewall compound properties of TBR tire were studied.The results showed that the chromatographic peaks of the wax film formed by the long-term protective wax HG72 were bimodal distribution,and the isoparaffin mass fraction was high,so it was not easy to bloom.Compared with the B-type microcrystalline wax,the long-term protective wax HG72 had excellent ozone aging resistance,the blend ratio of NR/BR had little effect on the ozone aging resistance of the compound.The heat aging and flexural fatigue resistance of the compound with NR/BR blend ratio of 50/50 and 45/55 were better.
