      研究丁腈橡胶(NBR)低温性能。分别考察了NBR结合丙烯腈含量、增塑剂品种、炭黑品种、硫化体系对NBR胶料3种低温性能技术指标[脆性温度、玻璃化转变温度(Tg)、低温回缩10%对应的温度(TR10)]的影响。结果表明:NBR的结合丙烯腈含量是影响NBR胶料低温性能的主要因素,其次是增塑剂品种和硫化体系;并用低结合丙烯腈含量NBR可以改善胶管类产品的低温性能,但不可以改善密封橡胶制品的低温密封性能;炭黑品种对NBR胶料Tg和TR10的影响很小,但对脆性温度影响较明显。
英文摘要:
      The influencing factors of low-temperature characteristics of nitrile butadiene rubber(NBR)were studied.The effects of the bound acrylonitrile content of NBR,the varieties of plasticizer and carbon black,the curing system on the low-temperature characteristics technical indexes of NBR compound,brittleness temperature,glass transition temperature(Tg),temperature corresponding to the low temperature retraction rate of 10%(TR10) were investigated.The results showed that the bound acrylonitrile content of NBR was the main influence factor affecting the low-temperature characteristics of NBR compound,followed by plasticizer varieties and curing system.By blend to NBR with low bound acrylonitrile content could improve the low-temperature characteristics of rubber hoses,but could not improve the sealing properties of sealing rubber products under low temperature.The varieties of carbon black had little effect on Tg and TR10 of NBR compound,but had obvious effect on brittleness temperature.
