研究抗疲劳剂G-108(间苯二胺、钴盐和酚类树脂聚合而成的络合物)在工程机械轮胎胎面下层胶中的应用。结果表明,添加抗疲劳剂G-108的胎面下层胶的生热明显降低,自粘性提高,硫化特性和物理性能变化不大,成品轮胎耐久性能提高。 |

The application of anti-fatigue agent G-108(complex of m-phenylenediamine,cobalt salt and phenolic resin) in the tread underlayer compound of off-the-road tire was studied.The results show that,the heat build-up of the tread underlayer compound with anti-fatigue agent G-108 decreased significantly,self-adhesion property increased,vulcanization characteristics and physical properties changed little,and the endurance performance of the finished off-the-road tire increased. |
