      研究黄原酸酯化改性淀粉替代白炭黑对天然橡胶(NR)性能的影响。结果表明:当白炭黑和改性淀粉总用量为30份时,随着改性淀粉用量增大,改性淀粉/白炭黑/NR胶料t10延长,t90缩短;MH和结合胶含量先增大后减小,硫化胶定伸应力、拉伸强度、撕裂强度和耐磨性能先提高后降低;淀粉用量为15份时,胶料综合性能最好。
英文摘要:
      In this study, the influence of modified starch with xanthate on the properties of silica filled NR was investigated. The total amount of silica and starch was 30 phr. When the amount of starch increased, the t10 extended,t90 was shortened,MH and bound rubber content increased first and then decreased; the modulus, tensile strength, tear strength and wear resistance of the vulcanizates first increased and then decreased. When the starch amount was at 15 phr, the filled rubber showed the best overall performance.
