Abstract:
      The thermal behavior of silicone rubber in the process of temperature change was studied by using differential scanning calorimeter(DSC),and the non-isothermal crystallization kinetics and isothermal crystallization kinetics of silicone rubber were investigated. The results showed a cold crystallization phenomenon during the heating process of silicone rubber. During the cooling process,the crystallization peak temperature moved to the low temperature direction with the increase of the cooling rate. Moreover,the lower the isothermal crystallization temperature was,the faster the crystallization rate was. It was also found that Mo method and Avrami method were suitable for the analysis of non-isothermal crystallization kinetics and isothermal crystallization kinetics of silicone rubber,respectively.
