| 介绍轮胎硫化模具的弹簧气孔套技术。弹簧气孔套由阀杆、弹簧和外壳组成。在弹簧的作用下，装胎硫化模具型腔中存留的气体从轴套与轴芯间间隙排出，通过阀杆移动，阻止胶料流入轴套内，避免硫化轮胎表面胶须产生。弹簧气孔套安装在硫化模具的排气孔内，安装孔经3次钻孔完成，钻孔的尺寸和公差由弹簧气孔套外径决定。安装弹簧气孔套的轮胎硫化模具可用常规方法清洗，干冰清洗效果最佳。 |

| The technology of spring vent for tire vulcanizing mold was introduced. The spring vent was composed of valve stem，spring and shell. Under the action of spring，the gas remaining in the cavity of vulcanizing mold with the tire was discharged from the gap between the sleeve and the core of the shaft，and the compound was prevented from flowing into the sleeve through the valve stem movement，thus avoiding burr formation on the surface of vulcanized tires. The spring vent was mounted in the drill hole of the vulcanizing mold. The drill hole was formed by drilling for three times，and the size and tolerance of the drill hole were determined by the outer diameter of the spring vent. The tire vulcanizing mold with spring vent could be cleaned by conventional methods，and the dry ice cleaning was the best. |
