| 针对开炼机炼胶过程，通过研究混炼胶质量指标与混炼过程参数之间的关系，运用统计分析方法及SPSS分析软件，建立预测开炼机混炼胶炭黑分散度的数学模型。通过对模型的显著性和适宜性检验及验证得知，该模型精确度高，预测值与实测值之间的误差不大，可以应用于工程实践的混炼胶质量在线预测。 |

| In this study，the relationship between quality index of the mix and mixing process parameters of mill mixing process was investigated and the mathematical model for predicting the dispersion of carbon black in mill mix was established by statistical analysis method and software SPSS.The test results of significance and applicability of the model showed that the model had high accuracy.The error between predicted value and experimental test value was small.It could be applied to online prediction of mix quality. |
