      利用Abaqus/Standard有限元软件建立微型车缓冲块的有限元模型,根据硬度和缓冲块在上极限的压缩量,反求其支反力,判别缓冲块是否满足悬架匹配要求,并通过试验数据验证该有限元模型的有效性。结果表明,计算机仿真结果与试验结果基本吻合,证明本方法有效可行。
英文摘要:
      The finite element model of mini vehicle bump stop was established by using Abaqus/Standard software.Based on the hardness and the compression in the upper limit,the force was acquired and whether the bump stop design met the suspension matching requirements was evaluated.The effectiveness of the finite element model was verified by experimental test result.The results showed that the computer simulation results were in good accordance with the experimental test results,indicating that the method was effective.
