中文摘要:

采用生物酶预处理方法对杜仲叶子进行处理，得到杜仲粗胶，研究杜仲粗胶用量对天然橡胶性能的影响。结果表明：杜仲粗胶用量超过15份时，混炼胶门尼粘度明显增大；杜仲粗胶用量对胶料的t₁₀和t₉₀影响不大；随着杜仲粗胶用量的增大，硫化胶物理性能提高，剪切储能模量降低，损耗因子增大。

英文摘要:

The crude gutta-percha was obtained by using bio enzymatic pretreatment method to process eucommia leaves，and the effects of the addition level of crude gutta percha on the properties of NR were studied.The results showed that when the addition level of crude gutta percha exceeded 15 phr，the Mooney viscosity of NR compound increased significantly.As the addition level of crude gutta percha increased thet₁₀和t₉₀ of NR compound changed little，the physical properties of the vulcanizate were improved，shear storage modulus decreased，and loss factor increased.
