研究过氧化物/硫黄复合硫化体系对氢化丁腈橡胶(HNBR)性能的影响。结果表明:随着硫化剂DCP用量的增大,胶料的焦烧时间缩短,硫化速度加快,硫化胶的100%定伸应力增大,压缩永久变形减小,耐热老化性能提高;随着硫黄用量的增大,胶料的硫化速度加快,硫化胶的粘合性能提高;促进剂CZ用量对HNBR胶料性能的影响不大;当硫化剂DCP/硫黄/促进剂CZ用量比为7/10.5/1时,HNBR胶料的综合性能最佳。 |

The effects of peroxide/sulfur curing systems on the properties of HNBR were investi gated. The results showed that,as the addition level of curing agent DCP increased , the scorch time of compound was reduced,the curing rate increased,the modulus at 100% elongation of vulcanizate increased,the compression set decreased, and the thermal aging property was improved. As the addition level of sulfur increased,the curing rate of compound increased, and the adhesion improved. The addition level of accelerator CZ had little effect on the properties of HNBR compound. When the blending ratio of curing agent DCP/sulfur/accelerator CZ was 7/0.5/1 ,the comprehensive properties of HNBR compound were the best. |
