| A new air spring design method was put forward and the development platform was set up based on current research situation of air spring and by using the theories of fast development from digital prototyping technology.The key procedure and technique were to set up advanced product quality planning(APQP) procedure，fast three-dimensional modeling，performance simulation and dynamic simulation. |
