      以镀镍石墨(NCG)为导电填料,制备NCG/甲基乙烯基硅橡胶(MVQ)导电复合材料,并对其物理性能、导电性能和导电稳定性进行研究。结果表明,当NCG用量为180份时,复合材料的导电性能和物理性能均较好;随着储存时间和热老化时间的延长,NCG/MVQ复合材料的体积电阻率均小于0.1 Ω·cm,导电稳定性良好;随着伸长率的增大,NCG/MVQ复合材料的体积电阻率先缓慢增大后迅速增大;当伸长率为25%时,随着拉伸次数的增加,复合材料体积电阻率逐渐增大。

      Using nickel-coated graphite(NCG) as conductive filler,a NCG/MVQ conductive composite was prepared,and the physical properties,electrical conductivity and conductive stability of composite were investigated.The results showed that,when the addition level of NCG was 180 phr,the electrical conductivity and physical properties of the composite were good;as the storage time and hot aging time were extended,the volume resistivity of NCG/MVQ composites was lower than 0.1 Ω·cm,indicating good conductive stability;as composite sample was elongated,the volume resistivity increased slowly at first and then rapidly;if the elongation was 25%,the volume resistivity also increased as the cycles of tensile deformation increased.
