      研究硫化体系对NBR耐油性能和动态性能的影响。结果表明,随着交联密度的增大,采用硫黄硫化体系的NBR硫化胶耐油性能提高,生热降低;与采用普通硫黄硫化体系的NBR硫化胶相比,采用有效硫化体系的NBR硫化胶耐油性能和耐屈挠性能较好,生热较低;采用过氧化物硫化体系的NBR硫化胶在高温(高于70 ℃)下的耐油性能优于采用硫黄硫化体系的NBR硫化胶;采用过氧化物硫化体系、有效硫化体系和普通硫黄硫化体系的NBR硫化胶玻璃化温度依次升高。
英文摘要:
      The effect of vulcanization system on oil resistance and dynamic properties of NBR vulcanizates was investigated.The results showed that,as the crosslink density increased,the oil resistance of the NBR cured with sulfur vulcanization system increased,and the heat build up decreased;compared with conventional vulcanization system,the NBR cured with efficient vulcanization system possessed better oil resistance,better flexing resistance,and lower heat build up;the NBR cured with peroxide had better oil resistance at high temperature(>70 ℃) than the NBR cured with sulfur vulcanization system ;the order ofTg of the NBR cured with 3 different vulcanization systems was as follows:peroxide vulcanization system<efficient vulcanization system<conventional vulcanization system.
