基于Ansys软件建立轮胎三维力学模型和二维温度场有限元模型,分析额定工况下轮胎滚动和停止后温度场的分布和变化规律,探讨温降阶段温度场的数值计算方法,并进行试验验证。结果表明,温度场计算数据与试验值在温升和稳态阶段基本一致,而在温降阶段只在一定范围内比较吻合。 |

A 3D mechanical finite element model(FEM) and a 2D temperature FEM of the rolling tire were established.The distribution and variation of temperature field were analyzed in the case of rolling and stopping under the rated working condition.The numerically analytical method in the course of the falling temperature was probed.It was confirmed that the calculated results were basically consistent with the experimental values in the course of rising and steady temperature,while they also agreed well within a certain range in the course of falling temperature. |
