      分别采用固相剪切碾磨和高速粉碎方法制备微米级聚丙烯(PP)微粉,研究两种PP微粉的微观形态及其对炭黑/NR复合材料结构与性能的影响。结果表明,与高速粉碎的PP微粉相比,固相剪切碾磨的PP微粉形状更不规则,粒径更小,表面能更大,与NR基体相容性更好,补强效果更突出。当PP微粉用量较小时,PP微粉可均匀分散在橡胶基体中,且不影响炭黑在基体中的良好分散,添加少量PP微粉可改善炭黑/NR复合材料的硫化性能、拉伸性能、热老化性能和动态力学性能。

      Polypropylene(PP) fine powders were prepared by solid state shear milling and high speed disintegrating methods,and the micro state of two kinds PP fine powders and the influence of PP fine powder on the structure and properties of carbon black/NR composites were investigated.The results showed that,the shape of solid state shear milled PP fine powder was more irregular,the particle size was smaller,the surface energy was higher,the compatibility with NR was better and the reinforcing effect was more prominent compared with high speed disintegrated PP fine powder.PP fine powders were dispersed homogeneously in NR matrix without affecting the dispersion of carbon black in NR matrix while the addition level of PP fine powder was lower,the curing characteristics,tensile properties,hot air aging properties and dynamic properties of carbon black/NR composites were improved with small amount of PP fine powder.
