      采用稀土偶联剂WOT对纳米碳酸钙进行表面改性,通过机械共混法制备纳米碳酸钙/SBR复合材料,研究其性能,并与硅烷偶联剂KH-560进行对比。结果表明,与硅烷偶联剂KH-560相比,稀土偶联剂WOT改性复合材料的加工性能较优,拉伸强度和拉断伸长率较高,稀土偶联剂WOT的最佳用量为1.6份;两种偶联剂均能改善纳米碳酸钙在SBR胶料中的分散性,提高复合材料的动态力学性能。
英文摘要:
      The surface of nano-calcium carbonate was modified by rare earth coupling agent WOT,the nano-calcium carbonate/SBR composite was prepared by mechanical blending method,and the properties of the composite were investigated.The results showed that,compared to silane coupling agent KH-560,rare earth coupling agent WOT provided the modified composite better processability,higher tensile strength and elongation at break,the optimal addition level of rare earth coupling agent WOT was 1.6 phr;the dispersion of nano-calcium carbonate in SBR compound was improved by using coupling agent KH-560 and WOT,and the dynamic property of composite was improved.
