      试验研究新型环保醚酯类增塑剂RPL-1用量对丙烯酸酯橡胶（ACM）性能的影响。结果表明，随着增塑剂RPL-1用量的增大，ACM胶料的门尼粘度下降，流动性显著改善；ACM硫化胶的硬度、100%定伸应力、拉伸强度和撕裂强度总体呈减小趋势，拉断伸长率、回弹值和压缩永久变形增大，耐低温性能和耐油性能提高。
英文摘要:
      The effect of the addition level of a new type environment-friendly ether ester plasticizer RPL-1 on the properties of ACM was experimentally investigated.The results showed that，as the additionlevel of plasticizer RPL-1 increased，the Mooney viscosity of ACM compound decreased，the flowability improved significantly；the Shore A hardness，modulus at 100% elongation，tensile strength and tear strength of ACM vulcanizate decreased，the elongation at break，resilience and compression set increased，and the low temperature resistance and oil resistance improved.
