      研究ACM/氯醚橡胶(ECO)并用比对ACM/ECO并用胶性能的影响。结果表明,随着ECO用量的增大,ACM/ECO并用胶的MH增大,拉伸强度和拉断伸长率减小,撕裂强度和邵尔A型硬度增大,耐热老化性能下降,耐油性能提高;动态力学性能分析结果表明ACM与ECO具有良好的相容性,ACM与ECO并用可改善ACM硫化胶的耐低温性能。
英文摘要:
      The effects of blending ratio of ACM/epichlorohydrin rubber(ECO) on the properties of ACM/ECO blends were investigated.The results showed that,as the addition level of ECO increased,the MHof ACM/ECO blends increased,the tensile strength and elongation at break decreased,tear strength and Shore A hardness increased,hot air aging resistance decreased and oil resistance improved.It was indicated by DMA that the compatibility between ACM and ECO was good.Blended with ECO,the low temperature resistance of ACM vulcanizate was improved.
