      考虑子午线轮胎的材料非线性、接触非线性以及大变形等复杂的力学特性,采用Abaqus软件建立轮胎三维有限元分析模型,研究充气压力和负荷对轮胎静态刚度(径向刚度、侧向刚度、纵向刚度、扭转刚度)和稳态侧偏刚度的影响,并给出了相应的负荷与变形之间的关系。结果表明,充气压力对轮胎的静态刚度有显著影响;负荷对径向刚度、扭转刚度和侧偏刚度影响显著。
英文摘要:
      Taking into account the characteristics such as material non-linearity,contact nonlinearity,large deformation of radial tire and so on,a three-dimensional tire FEA model was constructed by using Abaqus software to investigate the influence of different inflation pressures and loads on the static stiffness(vertical stiffness,lateral stiffness,longitudinal stiffness and torsional stiffness) and cornering stiffness of the tire.The results showed that inflation pressure had notable influence on static stiffness,while load had significant effect on vertical stiffness,torsional stiffness and cornering stiffness.
