      分别采用高温转矩流变仪和常温两辊开炼机制备NR原位改性炭黑(GCB)和NR/炭黑共混物(KCB),并制备GCB/NR和KCB/NR硫化胶,对其性能进行研究。结果表明,与KCB相比,GCB的耐热性能提高,结合橡胶质量分数增大;当炭黑用量相同时,与KCB/NR硫化胶相比,GCB/NR硫化胶的交联密度、定伸应力、压缩永久变形和储能模量较大,拉伸强度和回弹值较小;当炭黑用量小于60份时,GCB/NR硫化胶耐疲劳性能优于KCB/NR硫化胶。
英文摘要:
      The carbon black was in-situ modified by NR at high temperature by using rheomix mixer to prepare GCB,and NR/carbon black blend(KCB) was prepared by using two-roll mill at room temperature.The GCB/NR and KCB/NR vulcanizates were prepared,and their properties were investigated.The results showed that,the thermal stability of GCB was better and its bound rubber content was higher when compared with KCB;the cross-linking density,modulus,compression set and storage modulus of GCB/NR vulcanizates were higher,and tensile strength and resilience were lower when compared with KCB/NR vulcanizates at the same addition level of carbon black;the fatigue resistance of GCB/NR vulcanizates were better than that of KCB/NR vulcanizates when the addition level of carbon black was less than 60 phr.
