      采用铝锆偶联剂对粉煤灰纤维进行预处理,制备粉煤灰纤维/NR复合材料,并对其性能进行研究。结果表明,采用铝锆偶联剂对粉煤灰纤维预处理能够改善纤维和橡胶基体界面的结合状况;粉煤灰纤维最佳用量为40份,可明显提高粉煤灰纤维/NR复合材料的物理性能和绝缘性能,但撕裂强度有所下降。
英文摘要:
      The powdered coal ash fiber was modified by aluminum zirconium complex coupling agent,the powdered coal ash fiber/NR composite was prepared and its properties were investigated.The results showed that,the interfacial bonding conditions of the fiber and rubber matrix could be improved by fiber modification with aluminum zirconium complex coupling agent;the optimum addition level of the powdered coal ash fiber was 40 phr;at that addition level,the physical properties and insulating property of the composite were obviously improved,but tear strength slightly decreased.
