      采用偶联剂KH-570对白炭黑进行高官能化改性,并对其填充SBR胶料的性能进行研究。结果表明,以甲苯为溶剂在回流状态下对白炭黑进行改性,偶联剂水解用去离子水与偶联剂KH-570的用量比为0.35,水解时间为143 min,且偶联剂用量为8份,所得产物官能化程度最高,接枝率达到16.3%。改性白炭黑填充SBR中的填料分散性明显提高,胶料的硫化时间缩短,综合物理性能提高。
英文摘要:
      The silica was modified by silane coupling agent KH-570,and the properties of modified silica filled SBR compound were investigated. The results showed that,the highest functionality of the product was obtained and the organic grafting rate was 16.3%,when the silica was modified by toluene at reflux condition,the ratio of deionized water and coupling agent was 0.35,the hydrolyzing time was 143 min,and the addition level of coupling agent was 8 phr;the dispersion of the modified silica in SBR compound was obviously improved,the optimum cure time was shortened and better comprehensive physical properties were obtained.
