      通过研究硫化体系、补强体系和软化剂对以NR为主体材料的网球胶料性能的影响，实现低硬度优质网球胶料配方的优化设计。优化配方为NR 100，碳酸镁 15，氧化锌 5，硬脂酸 1.5，芳烃油 5，硫黄 2.5，促进剂DM/D 0.75/0.3；采用优化配方制得的网球胶料性能良好，达到了设计要求。
英文摘要:
      Optimized design of low hardness and high quality tennis compound formula was achieved by investigation of the effect of curing system，reinforcing system and softeners on the properties of tennis compound based on NR.The optimum formula was as follows(phr):NR 100，magnesium carbonate 15，zinc oxide 5，stearic acid 1.5，aromatic oil 5，sulfur 2.5，accelerator DM/D 0.75/0.3；theproperties of tennis compound prepared by use of the optimized formulation were good，and met the design requirements.
